Drishyam 3 is showing exactly the kind of momentum a big franchise needs after a massive opening. Following its ₹62 crore Day 1, the Ajay Devgn starrer recorded another ₹52 crore on Saturday, showing a strong hold despite coming off the Gandhi Jayanti holiday.
Drishyam 3 is gathering positive word of mouth and now crowds are streaming into cinemas across the country. But it is the second day’s business that is more significant and provides for a huge opening weekend.
How Much Did Drishyam 3 Earn On Day 2?
Drishyam 3 collected around ₹52 crore net in India on its first Saturday, taking its two-day total to ₹114 crore.
Compared with the ₹62 crore earned on Day 1, the film registered a drop of around 16.12%. For a film coming off a national holiday, that is a very healthy hold and a clear sign that the audience response is translating into sustained theatrical business.
The film has also crossed the ₹100 crore mark in just two days, becoming Ajay Devgn’s fastest film to enter the ₹100 crore club.
Its India gross currently stands at around ₹134.52 crore.

And Day 3 could be even bigger.

Drishyam 3 Enters Bollywood’s Top 5 First Saturday Grossers
The ₹52 crore Saturday has pushed Drishyam 3 into the top five biggest first Saturday collections for a Bollywood film.
It has gone past Stree 2, which collected ₹45.70 crore on its first Saturday, giving Drishyam 3 another major milestone in its opening weekend.
For a franchise finale, this is turning into a serious box-office run.

Drishyam 3 Enters 2026’s Top 10 Highest-Grossing Films
With ₹114 crore already in the bank, Drishyam 3 has also climbed to the 9th highest-grossing Bollywood film of 2026 in India.
It has surpassed Cocktail 2, which finished at ₹104.53 crore. The next targets are Welcome To The Jungle at ₹137.93 crore and Awarapan 2 at ₹156.12 crore.
Both should fall quickly if the Sunday trend remains strong.
Dhamaal 4, currently at ₹177.92 crore, is the next bigger target. Given the pace of Drishyam 3, even that number is firmly within reach.
The bigger picture is clear: Ajay Devgn’s Vijay Salgaonkar is not slowing down. The film has ₹114 crore in just two days, a massive Saturday hold and a strong Sunday ahead. The real question now is not whether Drishyam 3 will have a big weekend, but just how BIG it can get.
