Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 23rd June 2026 Written Update: Today’s episode opens with Arman meeting the doctor to discuss his latest medical reports. After reviewing them, the doctor advises that Arman should undergo surgery as soon as possible before the tumor causes permanent damage to his memory. Worried, Arman asks if the operation will completely remove the tumor and restore his memory. The doctor explains that brain surgery is always risky and there are no guarantees.
Elsewhere, Disha apologizes to Tanya for revealing Krish’s affair. She blames herself for adding to Tanya’s stress, believing that the emotional shock contributed to her miscarriage. However, Tanya tells Disha not to feel guilty because she only spoke the truth. During their conversation, Disha comes across Myra’s photograph and suddenly realizes that Rishab is the person who had been stalking her. She becomes convinced that Arman and his family were unfairly blamed and forced to suffer for something they never did.
Meanwhile, Mukti and Myra anxiously wait for Arman and Abhira to return home from the hospital. The couple tries to change the subject, hoping to avoid worrying the girls. But Myra and Mukti quickly sense something is wrong and refuse to let them dodge the conversation. Myra even asks Abhira to stop hiding the truth from them.
With a heavy heart, Abhira finally tells them everything. She reveals that the doctors have given Arman only a 0.1 percent chance of making a full recovery. The shocking news leaves both Mukti and Myra in tears. Even so, Abhira refuses to lose hope. She reminds them that Arman has always been a fighter and insists that this battle will be no different. According to her, the tumor is no match for Arman’s determination, and they all need to stay strong for him.
Myra asks Arman if he is afraid. Arman smiles and says that as long as Abhira, Myra, and Mukti are by his side, he feels stronger than ever. Abhira tells the girls they must become Arman’s soldiers and stand beside him through every challenge. Her words offer some comfort as she consoles the emotional Myra and Mukti.
Later, Arman begins talking about his wishes before the surgery. One thing he is determined to do is expose Rishab and send him to jail for stalking Myra. He admits that Rishab is clever, which is why they need solid proof. Arman asks Mukti to secretly help him gather evidence so they can finally bring Rishab to justice.
On the other side, Damyanti wishes Manisha and Manoj on their wedding anniversary. Manisha politely asks why she went through the trouble, but Damyanti uses the opportunity to make sarcastic remarks. Manisha explains that they have no plans to celebrate because Tanya is still recovering. Damyanti coldly comments that she hopes God gives Tanya another chance in life.
Unable to tolerate her behavior, Disha pulls Damyanti and Rishab aside. Kaveri later apologizes to Tanya on Damyanti’s behalf, but Tanya says she is already dealing with enough pain and no longer has the energy to be affected by anyone’s harsh words.
Meanwhile, Abhira manages to arrange the money needed for Arman’s surgery. At the same time, Disha directly confronts Rishab about stalking Myra. Despite everything, Damyanti continues defending him without questioning his actions.
As preparations move forward, Abhira learns that Arman’s surgery has been scheduled for just two days later. While the family braces for the difficult operation, Arman quietly puts his plan into motion to expose Rishab once and for all.
Precap: Arman shares his plan with Abhira and asks for her support in exposing Rishab. Mukti informs him that Rishab is at the Poddar house. Together, Abhira and Arman corner Rishab until he finally admits that he was Myra’s stalker. Disha also confesses that she falsely accused Arman.

Our Take: The storyline needs to pick up pace. Arman’s tumor track has been stretched for too long, and the surgery should happen soon so the memory loss storyline can finally begin. Watching Abhira help Arman reconnect with his forgotten memories has the potential to be far more emotional and engaging than the current slow-moving drama. At the same time, it would be better if Arman and Abhira stayed away from the Poddar house instead of returning there once again.
