Today’s episode begins with Anupama and Prem facing their first major cooking challenge in the competition. The judges push both contestants to work quickly, reminding them that time is just as important as taste. Despite the pressure, Anupama and Prem finish their dishes before the deadline.
When the customers take their first bites, the initial reactions are far from encouraging. Both appear unimpressed, leaving Anupama and Prem visibly anxious. However, the mood changes moments later. Anupama’s customer becomes emotional after tasting her food, saying it reminds him of meals lovingly prepared by his late wife. Touched by his words, Anupama warmly tells him that her café doors will always be open if he ever wants to relive those memories through her cooking.
Prem also receives heartfelt praise. His customer, Kartik, says the meal reminded him of his mother’s cooking, making the emotional challenge a success for both contestants.
The judges announce that both Anupama and Prem have cleared the round and award them certificates of selection. Anil and Khyati congratulate Anupama on her achievement. Instead of celebrating alone, Anupama feels genuinely happy that Prem has advanced as well. She believes the competition would have felt incomplete if he had been eliminated.
The judges appreciate the quality of food served by both cafés and even remark that if Anupama and Prem ever joined hands, they could run the best café in Ahmedabad. At the same time, they warn that the upcoming rounds will be much tougher and only the strongest contestants will survive.
Anupama congratulates Prem on his success, but Shruti immediately spoils the moment. She sarcastically tells Anupama to enjoy the victory while it lasts because she won’t keep winning every round. Shruti also taunts that emotional motherhood won’t save her every time. Anupama stays calm and replies that her responsibility is to give her best, while the final outcome is in God’s hands.
Meanwhile, Paritosh quietly continues manipulating Gautam. He tells him that if Ansh gains Pranshi’s custody, Gautam could lose his place in the Kothari family. The thought fills Gautam with anger, and he decides to confront the Shah family. Paritosh, meanwhile, eagerly looks forward to the drama that is about to unfold and plans to inform Pakhi about it.
Back at the Shah house, everyone celebrates Anupama’s success. Mahi wonders how Anupama understood exactly what the customer wanted without even asking about his food preferences. Kinjal explains that Anupama connected with him not as a chef, but as a mother who understood his emotions. When Ishani asks how Prem managed to qualify too, Anupama gives him full credit, saying he has excellent knowledge of food, ingredients, and flavors, making him a deserving competitor.
The atmosphere changes when Digvijay brings up Pranshi. Ansh and Prerna discuss keeping her with them until the wedding, but their conversation is interrupted by Gautam’s sudden arrival.
Demanding that Pranshi be returned immediately, Gautam insists that she is his daughter. Ansh refuses to back down and firmly says that Pranshi belongs with him. Gautam threatens both Ansh and Anupama, claiming his biological rights over the child.
Anupama calmly questions Gautam about basic details of Pranshi’s life, including her age, vaccination records, and allergies. Gautam is unable to answer even one question. Mahi openly criticizes him, while Ansh confidently shares every detail about Pranshi’s routine and health. Hasmuk praises Ansh, pointing out that despite spending time away from her, he knows everything a caring father should.
Frustrated, Gautam threatens to drag the Shah family to court if they refuse to hand over Pranshi. Anupama immediately accepts the challenge, saying they are ready to fight legally if necessary. Mahi promises to testify against Gautam, while Digvijay warns him to stay away from Anupama, Ansh, and the Shah family.
Even after the warnings, Gautam repeats his demand for Pranshi. Anupama firmly declares that if the matter reaches court, Ansh will fight for his daughter’s custody without hesitation. Furious and defeated, Gautam storms out after warning that the Shah family will regret opposing him and will soon face heartbreaking consequences.

Anupama once again proves why she stands apart from everyone else. Even though Prem is her biggest rival in the competition, she is genuinely happy to see him qualify. While some may see it as kindness, it also reflects her confidence. She knows Prem is a strong competitor, but she trusts her own abilities enough to believe she can defeat him fairly. With the custody battle heating up and the cooking competition becoming more intense, the coming episodes promise both emotional and legal drama.
