Today’s episode begins with Abhira reassuring the doctor that Arman is stable. She asks him not to worry about the payment and promises to arrange the money for his treatment. Once she steps outside, the weight of reality hits her. Along with Arman’s surgery expenses, she has to manage Myra and Mukti’s school fees and several other financial responsibilities, leaving her deeply worried.
Meanwhile, Damyanti corners Disha and asks if she has realized that she is losing the battle. She reminds Disha that Arman was once thrown out of the Poddar house because of a false accusation. Now that the truth is on the verge of coming out, Damyanti warns that the family may not only separate Tanya and Krish but could also force Aryan and Disha toward divorce. Disha is disgusted by her words and says she regrets being born into Damyanti’s family. Just then, Aryan arrives and questions why Disha is speaking so harshly to Damyanti and Rishab.
Determined to save Arman, Abhira takes a huge step. She mortgages her house and secures a loan to arrange money for his surgery. At the same time, Aryan tries to understand why Disha was upset, but she refuses to answer. Damyanti quickly covers up the situation, claiming Disha was simply annoyed because they had shown up uninvited at Manisha and Manoj’s anniversary celebration. Aryan believes her explanation and decides to speak with Disha later.
Afterward, Damyanti privately confronts Rishab. She questions why he hid the truth for so long. Rishab admits he panicked and was afraid of being exposed. Determined to protect him, Damyanti orders him to destroy Myra’s photograph and assures him that she will handle everything.
Back home, Abhira gathers Arman, Myra, and Mukti to share the latest update. She explains that Arman’s surgery has been scheduled and remains hopeful that everything will go well. Myra and Mukti become emotional after hearing the news. Wanting to reassure them, Abhira asks Arman if he is frightened. Surprisingly, Arman admits that he is not ready for the surgery.
His unexpected response worries Abhira, but Arman quickly changes the subject. Instead, he focuses on exposing Rishab once and for all. Mukti informs him that Rishab is currently at the Poddar house. Curious about his sudden determination, Abhira asks what he is planning. Arman simply requests her trust and promises that Rishab’s truth will come out today. Myra also decides to stand by Arman and support his mission.
Elsewhere, Krish asks Tanya if she has taken her medicine. Tanya ignores the concern and instead asks whether he has signed the divorce papers. Their strained relationship continues to worsen.
Soon, Abhira and Arman arrive at the Poddar house and execute a clever plan. Using reverse psychology, they provoke Rishab into revealing the truth himself. Unable to control his emotions, Rishab ends up confessing in front of everyone that he had been stalking Myra.
With the truth finally out, Abhira turns to Disha and asks her to reveal everything she has been hiding. Left with no option, Disha admits that she falsely accused Arman. Her confession leaves the entire Poddar family stunned.
Myra and Mukti immediately defend Arman. They lash out at the family for believing false accusations without giving him a chance to explain. Their anger reflects the pain Arman endured because of everyone’s blind trust in Rishab.
Having exposed the real culprit, Abhira and Arman decide that Rishab must face legal consequences. Terrified, Rishab begs for forgiveness and even tries to run away, but his desperate attempt fails.

The long-awaited truth is finally out, and Rishab has been exposed. Now the focus should shift to Arman’s surgery, which has been building up for weeks. Since Arman has already admitted that he isn’t mentally prepared for the operation, there’s a strong possibility that he may disappear before the surgery or face memory loss afterward. That twist could completely change the story and put Abhira through her toughest challenge yet.
