Her performance has always been the moral and emotional compass of the show, offering a grounded look into the psychological pressure of policing a city as vast and volatile as Delhi. Alongside her, Rasika Dugal, Rajesh Tailang, Adil Hussain and the core investigative team return, bringing back a familiar bond and emotional continuity.
But Season 3 brings a gripping new layer: Huma Qureshi joins the cast, stepping into the role of the central antagonist. Known for her powerful screen presence, Huma reportedly plays a cold, calculated and deeply complex villain – someone who challenges not just the law but Vartika’s instincts, authority and patience. Her addition instantly raises the stakes, promising a tense, psychological tug of war between two formidable forces.
