Mirzapur The Movie is now playing in Hindi and Telugu languages at theaters near you. It has been issued an ‘A’ certificate by the CBFC and runs for a massive 3 hours and 17 minutes, thus making it one of the longest running Hindi film playing in theaters this year.
While the filmmakers are tight-lipped about the story of Mirzapur’s big screen adaptation, there will be much power struggle and cutthroat rivalry between characters, much like in the franchise.
As old conflicts are left to simmer while new ones emerge, the movie relocates the story to a far larger canvas.
The cast brings back several popular faces from the franchise, including Rasika Dugal, Shweta Tripathi Sharma, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Jitendra Kumar, Ravi Kishan and Abhishek Banerjee. Sonal Chauhan, Sheeba Chaddha, Harshita Gaur and Anangsha Biswas are also part of the ensemble.
Directed by Gurmmeet Singh and written by Puneet Krishna, the film is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani.

Mirzapur The Movie has been acquired by Amazon Prime Video for a digital release but there’s no word on an official OTT realize date .
So for now, there is no confirmed date for when the film will become available to stream.

While there is no official date yet, films typically make the jump from cinemas to streaming after a theatrical window of several weeks.
