Shah Rukh Khan’s fans have once again found a creative way to celebrate their favourite superstar. Ahead of King a jabra fan of King Khan has launched a dedicated countdown website for the much-awaited film turning the wait for its release into a digital fan experience.
The fan-made website theycallhimtheking.netlify.app features a live ticking countdown to King’s Christmas Eve release. The initiative has already caught attention among SRK fans on social media with supporters encouraging others to visit the website, share the link and even add it to their profiles.
The website was created by Tushar Kant Singh (SRKsRajput), an SRK fan from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Speaking exclusively to YoTainment, Tushar revealed what inspired him to create the project.
“I think the return of Shah Rukh Khan after three years motivated me to do something unique to promote this film,” Tushar told YoTainment.
Built in Just 2-3 Days
What makes the initiative even more impressive is how quickly it came together. Tushar revealed that he built the entire website in just 2-3 days.
For him, the project is more than just a website. It’s his way of supporting a superstar he has followed passionately.
“I’m a die-hard fan of Shah Rukh Khan and I’m open to supporting his next film wholeheartedly. Whatever I have to do to promote it widely, I will do,” he said.

The countdown website has also started receiving a positive response from the SRK fan community, with fans sharing the link and encouraging others to join the countdown.
The project has even appeared among X’s “Today’s News” topics under Entertainment, reflecting the conversation building around the fan initiative.
Tushar says he is encouraged by the response so far and hopes the momentum continues until the film’s release.
“I’m already getting such a positive response, and I hope this continues till the release. I also hope the SRK team notices this.”
King marks another big action outing for Shah Rukh Khan
Directed by Siddharth Anand, King is backed by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures. The film is expected to present Shah Rukh Khan in a rugged and intense action avatar, with promotional glimpses of his look already creating considerable excitement among his fans.
The film also features Suhana Khan and Deepika Padukone in the cast, adding further anticipation around the project.
